I have crafted my clinical experience and education to work with patients with complex conditions. My career started at Stanford Healthcare in , where I worked in the acute care setting.
Upon transitioning to the outpatient physical therapy setting, I continued to choose hospital based environments, developing my love and skill for working with geriatric patients. It is a joy to watch a patient move from frail to fit! Recently, I have extended my practice to include cancer rehabilitation survivorship and lymphedema. I feel fortunate to be able to do what I love every day.

Human movement is beautiful and inspirational. I am committed to providing evidence-based treatment for patients who experience chronic pain. I ampassionate about educating health care providers and patients about the role of physical therapy in chronic pain conditions, and lecture for didactic classes in the Stanford Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency program and the Stanford Pain Medicine Fellowship program. I am involved in co-leading group classes with pain psychologists within the Stanford pain management department, and leads the physical therapy movement restoration class for patients with chronic pain, which is a pain biology education course with goal setting and therapeutic exercise.
I also participate in research projects with other providers at Stanford, including migraines, complex regional pain syndrome and is interested in the relationship between movement of the body and pain. Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors, particularly biking with her husband, and trail running with mydog Alley. I enjoy baking for colleagues, reading science fiction novels, and mindfulness meditation.
With my love for athletics and interest in anatomy and movement science, I knew that physical therapy was the profession for me.
